Our Practice has been selected to be eligible to administer the Covid-19 Vaccine. This will start sometime mid to late April, but will obviously depend on delivery of the Vaccine.
Please check your eligibility for an early vaccine by going to covid-vaccine.healthdirect.gov.au. We will start making bookings AFTER the vaccine arrives. We are being supplied with the AstraZeneca vaccine. A second dose is necessary after 12 weeks and an appointment for this will be made when you get your first dose.
The Flu Vaccines are likely to be available early to mid-April – there needs to be a 14-day gap between this and the Covid Vaccines.
